Promoting health and safety for our associates and customers
is of utmost importance at Brady. We promote accident-free workplaces
by working with our customers to ensure all work is performed
safely on their sites.
Safety Training
We conduct regular Environment, Health and Safety training for
our associates. Our field personnel are trained in safe work
practices for servicing HVAC equipment, handling refrigerants,
and proper use of chemicals. We provide training to OSHA, ANSI,
ARI CGA, NFPA and industry standards at regular team meetings,
correspondence lessons, customized online training facility
and vendor-supplied training.
Full time Environment,
Health and Safety Management
Brady employs a full time, certified Environment, Health and
Safety Program Director to ensure that a safe and healthful
work environment is provided to our employees and customers.
The EHS function works through Executive Safety Committee, Operations
Managers, Team Leaders, and Associates to bring about our industry-leading
safety and health performance.
Drug-Free Work
Place
Brady Trane enforces a drug-free workplace policy in order to
provide a safe and healthy work environment, and to protect
our customers from accidents that may arise from substance abuse.
Drug screening is required for all new associates. Random drug
screening is also conducted.
