HVAC Service Technicians Needed for the Following
Areas:
Raleigh/Durham - Goldsboro
Five years experience in the field is preferred. Must have a
technical degree from a two-year college or a combination of
experience and education to equal the above requirements. Must
have current EPA/CFC certification. Must be self-motivated and
driven to learn all aspects of the HVAC industry. Must be able
to perform repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC
systems. Must stay current on diverse products concerning installation,
operation, maintenance and repair. Must work well with customers
and be able to drive a company vehicle to different locations.

Controls Salesperson
Responsible for estimating and selling complex building automation
systems. Experience in Controls plan and specification projects
and system integration is also desired. Experience with Tridium,
Bacnet, Lonworks, Trane, Distech and other major control vendors
is a plus. The ideal candidate should have the ability to recognize,
propose, and close complex control solutions. Duties
include: • Estimating and selling building
automation systems. • Consolidates, references information
by collecting, organizing and assembling data for reports, presentations,
and/or special projects. • Develops owner sales plans
and generates successful sales with core customers. •
Responds to customers by identifying needs, generating quotes
and closing orders. • Provides needed information
to other departments to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Communicates customer perceptions by gathering customer
feedback and sharing information with management. •
Works closely as a team member with other parts of the business.

Staff Accountant
We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to support the finance/accounting
team in our Greensboro office. The Staff Accountant must have
experience in accounting. Essential Functions
and Responsibilities include the following. Other functions
may be assigned: • Reconciles bank accounts
for all Brady Companies • Assist with various duties
in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Billing,
and Job Costing. • Reconciles all inter-company accounts.
• Coordinates sales tax reporting for all companies,
ensuring that sales taxes are filed timely and accurately.
• Coordinates the 1099 reporting process at year-end.
Ensure that vendor W-9s are on file and current. •
Reconcile the job cost module to the general ledger. •
Daily and weekly balancing of cash. • Maintaining
open and paid vendor files. • Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's
degree in accounting or finance from a four-year college or
university at least 2 to 3 years experience preferred. Must
be proficient in all Microsoft Office products. Experience in
similar industry is a plus.
